NoLiPa is located in the part of Lisboa between Jardim do Campo Grande and Parque da Quinta das Conchas e dos Lilases. The Avenue project offers city living grounded in a green setting and everyday pedestrian links. Here the garden becomes part of the neighbourhood, not only a separate zone for occasional walks.
Neighbourhood architecture
The Acácia, Plátano, Freixo, Tília, Bétula, Olaia and Jacarandá buildings are joined by pedestrian paths, courtyards and new gardens. Works by sculptor Rui Matos are placed along the routes; the concept also provides an amphitheatre for small events. Commercial premises are planned on the lower floors.

Materials mark Campo Grande and Quinta das Conchas metro, cycle routes and exits to 2ª Circular and Eixo Norte–Sul. NoLiPa may be appropriate for a family move, permanent living and long-term rental. The scale of NoLiPa is 465 apartments in the overall concept. Studios and homes with several bedrooms form a varied residential offer in one neighbourhood.
