Sotavento Living is a residential project near Praia da Consolação in Peniche. It stands next to Barlavento Living. The coastal setting defines the address: beach walks and water activities can be combined with apartment living.
The presented T2 layout
In the apartment, the living room is combined with the kitchen. The kitchen specification includes a fridge, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Both bedrooms have wardrobes; one has its own bathroom. In total there are two bathrooms, one parking space in a shared garage and a separate storage room.
Advantages and features
A second home or a move to Peniche
A two-bedroom format may suit a couple, a small family or the owner of a second home by the ocean. For remote work, one room can be considered as an office after reviewing the layout.
