Vialonga and views towards the Tejo
Varandas do Moinho is located on Avenida Bombeiros Voluntários in the upper part of Vialonga, municipality of Vila Franca de Xira. The residential buildings are combined with a natural setting, and the terrain opens perspectives towards the Tejo. 72 apartments in six buildings
The project comprises six buildings and 72 T1, T2, T3 and T3+ apartments. Typologies differ between blocks. Outdoor space plays an important role: balconies and terraces are meant to complement the living rooms, creating a place for a table, rest or plants. In the largest T3+ units, terraces of about 70–100 m² are described; these characteristics do not apply to every apartment.

Kitchens are specified with built-in appliances and Silestone worktops. Interiors combine oak- and walnut-toned finishes, and large glazed openings are built with double glazing and thermal-break frames. Condominium amenities
The buildings are served by lifts with access to the underground levels; parking, bicycle spaces and condominium rooms are provided.
